Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring an Enterprise Platforms Product Manager for a large Healthcare client.

Location: Fully Remote anywhere in the US.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Platforms Product Manager will guide the strategic direction for a portfolio of technologies within a defined domain. This role is responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, opportunity identification, business case development, and new product or feature introduction. The product manager will oversee end-to-end product governance from concept to production and will align stakeholders to manage and measure the delivery of product strategy against established goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and actively participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Provide status updates on assigned work items and collaborate with team members to identify and remove impediments.
  • Manage business value and strategic prioritization, backlog management, and requirements ownership.
  • Handle stakeholder management and communication, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Lead sprint participation, automation delivery, production readiness, and operational performance monitoring.
  • Guide the strategic direction for a portfolio of technologies within a defined Domain space.
  • Oversee end-to-end product governance from concept to production.
  • Align and engage stakeholders to manage and measure the delivery of product strategy and roadmap against established goals.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 6-8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or in an equivalent role.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and product roadmaps.
  • Experience with Pega platform or Pega RPA.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Analysis and Automation Strategy.
  • Experience with Agile Product Ownership and Backlog Management.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare payer, provider, or managed care experience.
  • Experience supporting Claims Operations, Care Management, Utilization Management, Member Services, or Provider Operations.
  • Experience with workflow automation initiatives.
  • Exposure to business process management (BPM) platforms.
