Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Plano, TX 75024
Work Arrangement: Onsite Four Days per Week
Contract Length: 12 Months

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software and data-engineering solutions that extract, transform, and load data from multiple enterprise sources into Oracle databases. Develop data-processing frameworks and correlation models that support risk analysis using established business and security rules.

This position will support the end-to-end development of solutions that discover accounts across the enterprise environment and assess risk based on attributes collected from multiple data sources.

Required Qualifications


  • At least 5 years of software-engineering and data-engineering experience
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and deploying Spring Boot applications using microservices architecture
  • At least 5 years of experience with containerization using OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • At least 5 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and developing robust, scalable RESTful APIs using established best practices and security guidelines
  • Strong Java development experience
  • Data-pipeline development experience
  • Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple enterprise sources
  • Oracle database experience
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes
  • Experience troubleshooting Java applications and identifying root causes
  • Experience identifying and resolving application-performance bottlenecks

  • Experience with information-security Identity and Access Management services

Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that move data from multiple enterprise sources into Oracle databases
  • Develop data-processing frameworks and correlation models that enable risk analysis using predefined business and security rules
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, performance, and reliability throughout the data lifecycle
  • Design and develop applications that support IAM-related business objectives
  • Support the end-to-end development of account-discovery and risk-assessment capabilities
  • Support application deployment, configuration, and production operations
  • Monitor applications and data-processing systems
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Java applications
  • Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, testing, certification, and production implementation
  • Translate evolving business requirements into scalable and resilient technical solutions
  • Build highly available, resilient, and high-throughput data-processing capabilities
  • Design solutions that support increasing data volumes and new business use cases
  • Apply software-engineering, data-architecture, automation, and operational-excellence practices

  • Identify technical and delivery risks and recommend solutions
