Key Responsibilities
Serve as the functional expert for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close processes.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Planning, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional system specifications.
Participate in EPM system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
Support finance process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
Assist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and application performance.
Work with technical teams on system integrations and issue resolution.
Provide end-user support, documentation, and training as needed.
Required Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or Finance systems.
Strong functional knowledge of budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close processes.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
Solid understanding of Accounting and Financial Planning concepts.
Experience participating in cross-functional projects and system enhancements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
