• Capital Markets & Securities Processing
• Deep functional expertise across trade lifecycle, settlement, books & records, corporate actions, reconciliation, custody, and regulatory reporting.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing or supporting FIS Phase3 (SPM) or comparable highvolume post-trade platforms (e.g. Broadridge, BetaNXT, IntelliClear).
• Strong understanding of global market structures, clearing & settlement (DTCC, Euroclear, CDS, etc.), and industry protocols (SWIFT, FIX, ISO standards).
• Strong understanding of wealth management/retail brokerage business and related wealth management operations/back-office support functions

Platform & Technical Proficiency

• Phase3 (SPM) Configuration & Integration
• Proficient in SPM parameterization, data model, event processing, workflow configuration, and subsystem interactions.
• Experience leading conversions, migrations, and complex integrations with upstream order management, downstream accounting/GL, and operational systems.
• Technical Aptitude
• Strong analytical and solution design capabilities across distributed/cloud architectures.
• Working knowledge of relevant programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX shell).
• Comfortable interpreting API schemas, interface specs, data formats (XML/JSON), and integration patterns.
• Application/Software Testing Experience
• Skilled in defining and executing system, integration, regression, and acceptance test cycles.
• Adept at writing detailed test plans, traceability matrices, and validation scripts to ensure functional integrity and alignment with client requirements.

• Senior Consultant: 10–15+ years in capital markets technology, with significant Phase3/SPM implementation experience.
• Specialist Consultant: 15–20+ years, recognized as a subject matter expert with leadership in multi-phase, multi-region Phase3 programs and deep advisory capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
