Summary

Location: Lisle, IL (Onsite 4 days/week, Mon Thu)

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN/Baan Finance Consultant to support critical functional setup, data loading, and integration initiatives. This role bridges functional finance operations with Infor/Baan technical architecture to execute complex multi-company ERP setups and third-party system integrations. You will collaborate directly with business leaders and technical teams to drive period closures, ledger configurations, and seamless data interfaces.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years of overall functional and technical consulting experience with Infor LN and BaaN systems.
  • 4+ years of hands-on expertise with Baan4c4 and Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS) or Infor LN (v10.6 and above).
  • 4+ years of functional Finance & Accounting experience covering General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, Costing, and period closures.
  • 3+ years of experience integrating Infor LN via ION, including practical working knowledge of BODs, BDEs, and XML.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

  • Prior functional experience or domain background in the Automotive industry.
  • Academic background or degree specialization in Finance or Accounting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of EDI and Electronic Invoicing setups.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for business stakeholder management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is a seasoned ERP Finance Consultant who combines strong core accounting domain knowledge with deep Infor/Baan technical capabilities. You are comfortable diving into technical ION integration components while simultaneously holding functional discussions with accounting teams. A disciplined, detail-oriented approach to financial data migration and multi-company setups in an onsite collaborative environment is essential
