Connected Logistics is seeking an Agile Software Engineer to support our Army RF-ITV program.

The Agile Software Engineer will provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities: - Participates as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.
- Analyze business needs to identify new processes or process improvements that will meet those needs
- Work as part of a cross-functional agile project team to help drive projects across the product design, development and testing
- Perform detailed requirements analysis
- Document processes
- Perform user testing
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders to ensure that the product aligns with business needs
- Establishing user stories that represent the overall scope of the project
- Work with various stakeholders, such as product owners, developers, testers, managers, and executives
- Coordinate with Government and program team to identify opportunities for Agile transformation from current Waterfall implementations
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
- Help teams deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Undertake daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met
- Monitor and measure the progress and impact of Agile development using relevant metrics and tools
- Support Agile team in determining resource allocations to maintain Agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist the product owner in establishing user stories from the requirement models created during business analysis
Required Experience:- Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years' experience or AA with seven (7) years' experience
- Experience in leading Agile development in complex environments
- Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to coach and influence teams and individuals at different levels of maturity and seniority
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- T3/ Secret eligibility
Desired Qualifications:- Certification in Agile Scrum software development methodology
- Occasional travel to northern Virginia to participate during in-person Agile ceremonies (i.e. quarterly Program Increment Planning Events)
- Knowledge of Solutions Business Manager (SBM) or other workflow tracking systems

$100,000.00 to $110,000.00 USD. This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
