Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Functional & Business Consulting
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand learning, skills, and growth requirements.
• Analyze business problems and independently propose optimal Oracle HCM solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.
Oracle HCM Configuration & Setup
• Configure and support Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.
• Manage DFF, EFF, KFF, Lookups, and User Defined Tables (UDTs).
• Ensure configurations follow Oracle best practices and scalability standards.
Reporting, Analytics & Data
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Perform data validation and analysis using SQL.
Journeys & Fast Formula
• Design and configure Oracle Journeys.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for business rules and validations.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with Oracle HCM quarterly releases and industry trends.
• Recommend and implement innovative learning and growth solutions.
