Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant - Real Estate, Construction & Manufacturing

Location: Saddle brook, NJ

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant with strong expertise in Federal and state income tax compliance and corporate taxation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a CPA firm environment, with hands-on experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for S-Corporations, Partnerships, and C-Corporations. Industry experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review State Income Tax Returns ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for S-Corps, Partnerships, and C-Corps.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Review client financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Work closely with clients to gather required tax information and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide tax planning strategies and recommendations to minimize tax liabilities.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with all deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CPA firm
• 5+ years of experience in Preparing, Review and filing of Federal Tax and State Tax.
• Strong experience with S-Corp, Partnership, and C-Corp tax filings
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
