Lead Full-Stack Developer / Architect (Technical Anchor)

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering full-stack solutions (modern web UI + backend services/APIs), including designing scalable architectures.
- Demonstrated experience with Azure Government (or comparable regulated cloud) and implementing security controls for PII-heavy systems.
- Strong DevOps background: CI/CD, infrastructure automation, test automation, and release management in fast-paced delivery cycles.
- Prior experience with mission-critical federal systems (case management/adjudication, trust/financial/asset-centric platforms strongly preferred).
- Comfortable leading technical decisions, documenting trade-offs, and influencing teams/stakeholders in a high-visibility, accelerated delivery environment.
