Position: Care First Bridge/FEP Claims Tester

We are looking for an experienced Claims Tester with strong knowledge of CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing. The role focuses on validating healthcare claims functionality, software releases, and end-to-end claims processing to ensure quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Perform functional and end-to-end testing of CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing.
Develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
Validate claims processing functionality across software releases and system changes.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to validate requirements and expected results.
Ensure testing aligns with healthcare claims workflows and business rules.
Skills Must have:
Strong hands-on experience with CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing, combined with solid functional and end-to-end testing skills. Good understanding of CareFirstBridge/FEP software releases, healthcare claims workflows, business rules, test case development, execution, defect identification, and validation.
Experience with broader healthcare payer systems, claims lifecycle processes, regression and integration testing, defect management tools, and working within Agile delivery environments.
