Summary

Title: Senior Product Manager Claims Technology & AI Solutions

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for claims-focused technology solutions.
Partner with engineering and business leadership to design scalable, AI-powered products.
Simplify complex claims processes into user-friendly digital workflows.
Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Ensure solutions meet compliance, data privacy, and enterprise integration standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

8 15 years of product management experience, with deep expertise in claims operations at a carrier or TPA.
Strong knowledge of claims technology platforms and enterprise systems.
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, automation).
Track record of successfully partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver products.
Background in technology consulting or product companies is a plus.
