Automation / DevOps Engineer

Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly
Description:
We are looking for an Automation/DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, and automation scripting. This is not a manual QA role. The work focuses on infrastructure, automation, and migrating existing systems from Windows to Linux.

The position requires being onsite, 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

Build, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, including setup, recovery, and environment restoration.

Migrate 20+ automation projects from Windows to Linux.

Develop and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.

Write automation scripts (Python preferred) for Android testing and backend workflows.

Support and stabilize a customized Kubernetes environment used for automation needs.

Deploy and maintain containerized applications.

Ensure all automation systems run smoothly after migration.

Key Skills (Must Have)

Strong Kubernetes expertise (infrastructure-level, not just basic commands).

Jenkins and CI/CD development experience.

Solid Linux skills.

Automation scripting (Python or similar).

Experience deploying/troubleshooting Kubernetes environments.

Understanding of DevOps workflows.

Nice to Have

Android test automation (Appium, Cucumber, Java).

Selenium experience.

REST API testing or development.

Docker knowledge (paired with Kubernetes).

DevOps background.

Bachelor's degree is optional.

Around 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience preferred.
