Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade BPM solutions on the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega application design, case management, and integration, along with strong architectural judgment to lead solution design and mentor junior developers across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using Pega Platform (8.x/Infinity) following Pega best practices and Guardrails
• Lead case management design including workflows, stages, processes, and decisioning (DSM)
• Architect and implement class structures, data models, and integrations (REST/SOAP, connectors, services)
• Design and build UI using Pega''s harnesses, sections, flow actions, and responsive layouts (App Studio/Dev Studio)
• Implement business rules, decision tables, decision trees, and declarative rules
• Configure Pega security models including access groups, roles, and privileges
• Lead and participate in application design sessions, providing input on solution architecture
• Conduct code reviews, enforce Pega best practices, and mentor mid-level/junior Pega developers
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects (LSA/LSA-certified preferred), and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environment
• Perform application performance tuning and troubleshoot production issues
• Support Pega application deployment through DevOps pipelines and manage environment migrations
• Participate in unit testing, PegaUnit testing, and support UAT cycles
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents (TDD/SDD) and application documentation

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with 7+ years dedicated to Pega development
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (7.x/8.x/Infinity)
• Pega CSA and CSSA certifications required; Pega LSA certification strongly preferred
• Expertise in Pega case management, class structures, and data modeling
• Strong experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, connectors/services, JMS, File Listener)
• Solid understanding of Pega Constellation/Cosmos design principles (for newer Pega versions)
• Experience with Pega decisioning tools (DSM, decision tables/trees, strategies)
• Proficiency in Pega security configuration (access groups, roles, privileges, access control policies)
• Strong SQL/database skills for backend integration and troubleshooting
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps/CI-CD practices for Pega deployments
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience leading technical discussions
