POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and compliance readiness
• Evaluate technology costs, scalability, and system compatibility
• Lead IT integration and separation planning
• Identify risks and opportunities for IT modernization and consolidation.
• Conduct IT capability maturity assessments
• Conduct IT maturity assessments and recommend governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations on IT diligence findings.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years in IT consulting or technology diligence roles
• Proven experience in BPO or tech-intensive industries
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems and architecture
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in IT project management tools and data visualization platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, deal-driven environments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
