Role: Workday Adaptive Planning Project Manager

Location: Dallas,TX or Remote

Role Summary:

·         Looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Project Manager to lead enterprise planning and forecasting implementations

·         Strong expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, stakeholder management, and financial planning processes is required

Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation:

·         Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions

·         Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication

·         Drive implementation across Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, and CapEx Planning modules

·         Ensure successful deployment aligned with business and operational objectives

Planning, Reporting & Analytics:

·         Configure dashboards, reports, forecasts, and planning models within Workday Adaptive Planning

·         Develop and optimize what-if scenario modeling and business forecasting capabilities

·         Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and overall system performance

·         Support business users with planning insights and analytics requirements

Project Governance & Delivery:

·         Manage project risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle

·         Coordinate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

·         Drive governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives

·         Prepare project documentation, status reporting, and implementation best practices

Training & Change Management:

·         Lead user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities

·         Develop training materials, user guides, and support documentation

·         Promote user adoption and ensure smooth transition to the new planning platform

·         Provide post-implementation support and continuous enhancement recommendations
