Pay Range: $65 $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for OnBase Workflow and Work View solutions
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track defects; perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies
- Participate in product refinement sessions and feature estimation
- Validate workflow configurations and customized OnBase solutions
- Ensure high-quality releases aligned with business and compliance requirements
- Communicate testing results and risks clearly to stakeholders
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing / QA
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing test scenarios
- Strong defect tracking and root cause analysis skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
