Description
We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Analyst to oversee and execute complex technology programs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This position is based in Hartford County, Connecticut, and is a contract opportunity with the potential for a long-term role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to drive successful program outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs involving diverse stakeholders and systems.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Analyze technical and business requirements to design effective solutions that meet organizational goals.
Identify potential risks within programs and implement proactive mitigation measures.
Conduct data validation and quality assurance to maintain program integrity and success.
Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and manage collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate with developers, engineers, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
Document processes, configurations, and system changes for compliance and future reference.
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational expectations.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and Project.
Technical expertise in IT systems and data analysis tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate program performance and address challenges.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in technical program management or analysis.
Preferred certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, and Azure.
