Risk Analytics Specialist
Overview
Seeking an analytical professional to enhance risk monitoring, optimize technology solutions, and support data-driven decision making. This role partners with business and technology teams to strengthen controls, improve reporting, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze risk trends, performance metrics, and system effectiveness
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and actionable business insights
- Recommend process and technology improvements to enhance risk controls
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements
- Evaluate tools, workflows, and monitoring strategies to improve performance
- Support ongoing optimization and documentation of business processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in risk analytics, business systems, or technology-focused operations
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with enterprise monitoring or risk management platforms
- Knowledge of financial operations or other regulated business environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with analytics, automation, or business intelligence tools
- Background supporting enterprise technology or operational improvement initiatives
