The SAP Functional Manager will be a pivotal leader within our SAP Practice, responsible for leading large-scale S/4HANA implementations with a dual focus on Finance (FICO) and Logistics (MM/SD/PP). This role requires a unique blend of deep architectural knowledge, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to evangelize AI-driven innovations to our global customers.Key Responsibilities1. Solutions Architecture & Delivery

Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementations utilizing SAP Activate methodology for both RISE with SAP (Private Cloud) and GROW with SAP (Public Cloud).

Architect integrated solutions that harmonize Financial excellence with lean Logistics and Supply Chain operations.

Drive "Clean Core" strategies, ensuring extensions and customizations are handled through the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).2. Customer Engagement & Workshops

Lead high-impact Discovery Workshops and Design Thinking sessions to identify customer pain points and map them to S/4HANA capabilities.

Demonstrate "The Art of the Possible" through live system demos, showcasing industry-specific "Best Practices."3. Innovation, AI & Automation

Integrate SAP Joule and Generative AI use cases into standard business processes to drive hyper-automation.

Oversee the migration of legacy interfaces to SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Stay at the forefront of SAP"s roadmap, specifically regarding Sustainability (Green Ledger) and Advanced Analytics.4. Sales Mindset & Pre-Sales

Partner with the Sales team to build compelling proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in C-suite presentations, translating technical features into Business Value and ROI.

Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts by proposing innovation roadmaps.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 end-to-end S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations.

Functional Depth: Expert-level knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance, Group Reporting) and Logistics (EWM, TM, or IBP is a plus).

Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, and the technical underlying architecture of S/4HANA to lead technical teams effectively.

Methodology: Certified in SAP Activate; deep understanding of the RISE and GROW commercial and technical constructs.

Industry Focus: Proven track record in specialized industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Retail).

Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at the Executive level.

Preferred Certifications

SAP Certified Application Associate/Professional - S/4HANA Finance or Sales/Sourcing & Procurement.

SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.

Knowledge of SAP Build (Low-code/No-code) or AI Foundation on BTP.
