Work Arrangement: Minimum 3 days onsite
Experience
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program Management.
- Proven experience leading QA/Test programs for large-scale Annuity platform migrations.
- Mandatory experience with ALIP or similar Annuity Administration platforms such as FAST, Vitech, LifePRO, Ingenium, OIPA, or CyberLife.
- Strong understanding of Fixed, Variable, Indexed, and Deferred Annuity products.
- Lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance for the ALIP Annuity Migration Program.
- Own test strategy, planning, governance, execution, and release readiness.
- Manage Data Conversion, SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Production Validation activities.
- Coordinate with business, product, development, architecture, and conversion teams.
- Drive defect governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
- Lead cutover testing, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization.
- Manage distributed QA teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- ALIP or comparable Annuity platform migration experience.
- Strong experience in:
- Data Conversion & Reconciliation Testing
- Integration & Batch Testing
- Release & Cutover Management
- Test Automation Governance
- Agile / SAFe delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Program Manager experience leading an ALIP or Annuity platform migration.
- Experience managing end-to-end testing, conversion validation, and production cutovers.
- Strong annuity domain expertise covering policy administration and servicing processes.
- ALIP implementation or migration experience.
- Experience leading multiple migration waves and large-scale annuity conversions.
