Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with AI expertise with 8 10 years of experience in software testing, automation framework development, and AI-driven quality engineering. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable automation solutions for web, mobile, and API applications while leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency, defect prediction, and release quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing
Create and execute automated test scripts using:
- Selenium
- Playwright
- Cypress
Perform API automation and validation using tools like Postman and REST Assured
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using:
- Jenkins
- GitHub Actions
Utilize AI-powered testing tools for smart test generation, self-healing scripts, visual validation, and defect analysis
Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders in Agile environments
Analyze test execution reports, logs, and defects to ensure product quality
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to automation best practices

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript
Expertise in Selenium/Playwright/Cypress automation frameworks
Hands-on experience in API testing, SQL, and database validation
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and test reporting tools
Exposure to AI-based testing tools, prompt engineering, and modern QA practices
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
Knowledge of mobile automation using Appium
Familiarity with AI testing platforms such as Applitools
ISTQB certification is an added advantage

Experience

8 10 years of experience in Automation Testing and QA Engineering
Prior experience in AI-assisted testing projects preferred
