Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As an Installation Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, and analyze technical products and systems
Perform engineering design evaluations
May develop a range of products
Recommend alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Work under immediate supervision
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment
Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed
Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customer needs
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Use various software systems and applications to effectively troubleshoot issues and equipment relating to underlying network connectivity, as well as identification of configuration and other related issues with managed services equipment
Train and mentor supported teams
Qualifications:
May require a bachelor's degree in engineering
3 to 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000 or the hourly equivalent.
