Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Automation Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation strategy, API testing, CI/CD integration, and modern testing tools to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of QA experience with 5+ years in Automation Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and API Testing
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress for modern UI automation
- Expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience integrating automation with Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and test data management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Performance Testing (JMeter/Gatling) or BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud-based testing
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Test Management tools
- ISTQB or relevant Automation Certification is a plus
