Project Overview
Our clientis executing Epic Wave 2, a large-scale enterprise Epic go-live impacting inpatient and outpatient imaging services across the organization. The Epic Radiant Analyst will support radiology and imaging workflows during go-live and stabilization, ensuring continuity of diagnostic services and minimal disruption to clinical operations.
This role focuses on real-time issue resolution, workflow support, and collaboration with radiology operations, clinical teams, and other Epic application areas in a fast-paced go-live environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide go-live and stabilization support for Epic Radiant during Wave 2
Support radiology and imaging workflows, including scheduling, orders, exams, and results
Assist technologists, radiologists, and operational users with system navigation and workflow questions
Troubleshoot and triage Radiant-related workflow, build, and integration issues
Collaborate with Orders, ClinDoc, and other Epic application teams as needed
Participate in command center operations, daily huddles, and issue tracking
Escalate complex issues to application or technical teams and support resolution efforts
Document issues, resolutions, and trends to support post-go-live stabilization
Ensure imaging workflows align with Epic best practices and patient safety standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.34/hr.
