Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Jira, ServiceNow
- 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication written and verbal, Jira - Reporting and strong JQL, Unix/Linux, business and technical Savvy, knows when to escalate, creating and initiating projects. And ServiceNow.
- BA in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems – non-negotiable at this time.
- ServiceNow is highly preferred, prefer 3 years of experience.
