Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly technical Senior Salesforce Developer to spearhead the implementation of next-generation AI solutions. This role is focused on the design and deployment of Agentforce (formerly Einstein Service Agent) to automate complex patient and provider workflows. The ideal candidate is an expert in OmniStudio for creating guided digital experiences and has a deep understanding of the Health Cloud data model to ensure clinical and operational compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Agent Design: Architect and configure autonomous Agentforce agents to handle multi-step business processes, utilizing natural language understanding to resolve complex inquiries.

• Prompt Engineering: Build and optimize prompt templates within the Einstein Trust Layer to ensure accurate, grounded, and secure AI responses.

• Logic Integration: Connect agents to backend systems using Apex, Flows, and MuleSoft to trigger real-time actions and data retrievals.

• Declarative Solutions: Design sophisticated OmniScripts and FlexCards to provide healthcare professionals with a 360-degree view of patient data.

• Data Orchestration: Implement DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to streamline data movement between Salesforce and external EHR/EMR or financial systems.

• Industry Cloud Alignment: Configure Health Cloud specific features, including Patient Journeys, Care Plans, and Provider Relationships, ensuring alignment with HIPAA and industry standards.

• Custom Development: Write high-performance, scalable Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch, and Asynchronous logic) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• API Management: Develop and maintain secure REST/SOAP integrations to bridge Salesforce with core banking, insurance, or clinical platforms.

• Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous code reviews and system testing to ensure low-latency performance in high-transaction environments.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Agentforce Mastery: Hands-on experience with the Agentforce platform, including Topic management, Action configuration, and grounding techniques.

• OmniStudio Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the OmniStudio suite (formerly Vlocity), specifically in a Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud context.

• Salesforce Core: Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.

• Integration Specialist: Skilled in managing complex data integrations using MuleSoft or native Salesforce APIs.

• Industry Knowledge: Functional understanding of Healthcare (Health Cloud) or Fintech/Insurance (FSC) data structures and regulatory requirements.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.

• 2+ years of experience with OmniStudio.

• Proven Experience deploying Agentforce or advanced Einstein AI solutions in a production environment.

• Salesforce Certifications Preferred: Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, and OmniStudio Developer.
