Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven program management and delivery leadership.

The candidate should be an Engineering graduate, preferably with early-career experience as a software developer/engineer, followed by progressive experience in technical project or program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream enterprise technology programs.
• Manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Translate business objectives into clear technical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, and executive communications.
• Identify and resolve technical and delivery challenges to ensure predictable execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across technical and business teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven experience in technical project/program management within an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience managing multi-stream, complex technology deliveries.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business executives.
• U.S.-based, with ability to work in the West Coast time zone.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a software developer/software engineer early in career.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cloud, application modernization, data, infrastructure, or other enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience working with distributed teams and third-party technology partners.

Ideal Profile: A technically strong Engineering professional who has evolved from software development into technical program/project management, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex enterprise programs.
