Drive Integrated Change Execution

Enable Delivery Success

Executive & Stakeholder Alignment.

  • Ensure leaders are prepared to lead change through active sponsorship and communication.
Measure Adoption & Outcomes.
  • Define and track adoption, readiness, and value metrics tied to project success.
  • Use data and feedback to course-correct change and delivery plans.

Experience Required:
  • 12–15+ years leading organizational change for large, complex projects and programs.
  • Strong experience partnering closely with Project and Program Managers.
  • Proven ability to embed change into Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience with enterprise transformations (ERP, HR, digital, operating model).
  • Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred.

Expectations:
  • Change strategy embedded into project and program plans.
  • Adoption and readiness achieved at key delivery milestones.
  • Reduced delivery risk tied to people, readiness, and adoption.
  • Business outcomes realized post implementation.
