Job Title: Risk Analyst, Principal Job ID: 26-00567 Location: Oakland, CA Duration: 10 Months on W2 contract

We are seeking a professional with strong technical analysis, utility operations/asset management, and program/project management experience to support Electric Risk Management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with asset strategy, engineering, compliance, and regulatory teams
Evaluate existing and emerging operational risks
Support development of risk indicators (KRIs) and risk reporting
Perform quantitative analysis and data collection for risk-based decisions
Assist with regulatory reporting, presentations, and investment planning support

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in risk management, utility operations, asset management, or related field
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience working across cross-functional teams and supporting decision-making

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $100.00 - $110.00 per hour.
