Job Description:

>> Deep understanding of SAP Incentive Management and Sales Performance Management solutions. Able to work independently and in teams in a fast paced and changing environment.

>> Hands-on experience on SAP SuccessFactors Incentive management solution

>> Minimum 4-5 end-end cycles of implementation experience in implementing and managing Callidus Cloud CommissionsSuccess Factors Incentive Management.

>> Should have experience in data model, stage hooks and XDL customization

>> Hands on experience of compensation plans , Clawback, Loyalty, Bonus etc, SQL Database table design and backend tables

>> Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflows, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements

>> Knowledge of Life sciences domain and S4 HANA is an desirable

>> SAP Commissions certification is an advantage
