Summary

Job Title: Security Engineering Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long-term Contract 


Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Security Engineering Manager to lead cybersecurity engineering across AWS Cloud, on-prem infrastructure, Snowflake, and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage security controls across AWS and on-prem environments.

  • Secure Snowflake data platforms and AI/LLM applications.

  • Manage IAM, networking, encryption, vulnerability management, and SIEM.

  • Lead and mentor a small security engineering team.

  • Support audits, regulatory compliance, and security assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.

  • Mandatory banking/financial services experience.

  • Strong AWS security expertise, preferably building environments from scratch.

  • Experience with infrastructure security, Active Directory, networking, and SIEM.

  • AI/LLM application security experience.

  • Team leadership and communication skills.
