Track and analyze flow metrics such as cycle time, lead time, throughput, and aging work to drive data-based improvement decisions

DevOps Enablement

Partner with engineering, operations, and release teams to embed DevOps practices into Agile delivery.
Promote CI/CD, automation, and continuous feedback loops to reduce lead time and improve quality.
Support teams in aligning Agile planning with DevOps execution and release readiness.

Supply Chain Domain Delivery
