Infrastructure Engineer Microsoft Intune / Microsoft 365

Immediate and long-term contract opening for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a team supporting a secure, reliable, and productive end-user technology environment. This hands-on role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint engineering, enterprise application deployment, PowerShell automation, and production support.

*This role is Hybrid in Memphis, TN*

Responsibilities:

• Engineer, administer, and improve Microsoft Intune and endpoint management configurations.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications across managed endpoints.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management, user administration, and recurring operational tasks.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, identity, and Microsoft 365 issues and provide technical escalation support.
• Support SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform operations in coordination with platform development teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and configuration standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, security, and the end-user experience.

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Experience using PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows Autopilot and automated device provisioning.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment assignments, and installation troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Conditional Access.
• Experience using Microsoft Graph API for administration or automation.
• Exposure to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, or management of macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints.
