• Software development - 7+ yrs.
• ServiceNow development 5+ yrs.
• Java knowledge and understanding.
• Development lead experience 4+ yrs

Job Descriptions:

• Working as a technical lead for teams and projects (e.g., performing code reviews and giving direct feedback, owning branch strategy and pull requests, defining standards/processes, instilling coding best practices and security, driving DevSecOps practices, authoring custom frameworks, coaching other developers and team members, providing performance reviews, working closely with other project leadership, etc.).
• Working on a cross-functional agile delivery team to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
• Developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing ServiceNow applications.
• Writing unit tests and performing due diligence to meet acceptance criteria.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
