We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our client's Global Planning team. This role will focus on delivering both functional and technical system solutions for Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP functions. You will manage and enhance the Anaplan platform as the company s Global Planning solution, create reporting solutions in Tableau or other BI tools, and support global planning processes through system administration, testing, validation, and documentation.

What will your day look like?
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
Administer and manage the Anaplan platform for supply chain planning, including model building, enhancements, and acting as the primary point of contact for global users.
Serve as system administrator for Anaplan, providing first-level support and coordinating with third-party partners or Anaplan support as needed.
Collaborate with Global Planning business leads to understand and document critical business requirements, recommend solutions, and validate system designs.
Develop and maintain business intelligence reporting in Tableau (or similar tools) to support Demand, Inventory, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes.
Create, maintain, and distribute documentation, including test scripts, work instructions, and user guides for global users.
Lead testing and validation efforts for Anaplan, Excel, and reporting tools, establishing repeatable processes and ensuring consistent results.
Manage the Global Planning issue priority list and work closely with IT and supply chain teams to resolve and validate items.
Represent the Global Planning team in cross-functional projects and support the annual AOP process.
You will be a good fit for the Business Systems Analyst role if you have:
8+ years of business experience, preferably in Supply Chain
5+ years of experience building Anaplan models and developing BI reports (Tableau or Power BI)
Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
Proven expertise in data testing, validation, and creating repeatable processes
Experience with planning tools such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management
Strong communication skills with the ability to create user documentation and present findings clearly
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence decisions using data and participate in cross-functional teams
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
