Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and functional specifications.

  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements.

  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments.

  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams.

  • Create process flows, workflows, use cases, and UML diagrams.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

  • Support UAT, test case reviews, and defect resolution.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and business improvement.

    Mandatory Skills

    • 12+ years of Business Analysis experience.

    • Requirement Gathering & Documentation.

    • BRD, FRD, SRS, and User Stories.

    • Stakeholder Management.

    • Agile / Scrum / SDLC.

    • SQL and Data Analysis.

    • Process Mapping and Gap Analysis.

    • JIRA and Confluence.

    • UAT and Functional Testing.

    • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
