Agentic AI Principal Engineer

Core Responsibilities

Design end-to-end multi-agent workflows that can autonomously reason, plan, use tools, and execute complex business logic with minimal human intervention.
Multi-Agent Orchestration: Build and manage agentic ecosystems (using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen) with robust state management, intelligent routing logic, and long-term context/memory.
AI Governance: Establish central governance and observability platforms to monitor, secure, and manage AI CoPilots and autonomous agents operating across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Drive enterprise modernization by systematically pruning legacy processes, rationalizing data inputs, automating workflows via agentic systems, and maintaining a culture of rapid, controlled experimentation.

Key Technical Requirements*

Deep proficiency in Python (FastAPI) for backend AI orchestration and TypeScript (Next.js, modern UI libraries) for building human-in-the-loop interfaces.
System Architecture: Experience designing highly scalable ecosystems and managing complex codebases using modern monorepo architectures (e.g., Turborepo).
Data & Memory Pipelines: Strong grasp of vector databases, enterprise retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementations, and complex context-window management.
Telemetry & Control: Ability to design telemetry-driven control loops to continuously monitor agent behavior, track drift, and ensure strict operational guardrails are met in production.
Enterprise Integration: Proven track record of securely connecting AI agents to existing RESTful APIs, legacy data islands, and enterprise identity management systems.
