Role: Oracle Cloud PM - Pharma and Supply Chain Experience Needed
Location: Boston, MA-US
Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Oracle Cloud Program/Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation spanning Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Procurement. This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery leader with a proven track record managing complex, multi-track Oracle Cloud programs within pharmaceutical, biotech, or broader life sciences environments. The ideal candidate combines strong program governance and stakeholder management skills with hands-on familiarity of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM functional and technical delivery, and understands the unique regulatory, quality, and supply chain demands of the pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end program/project management for an Oracle Cloud implementation covering Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement modules.
· Own the overall program plan, timeline, budget, resourcing, and RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log across all workstreams.
· Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery, coordinating across functional leads, technical teams, and third-party system integrators.
· Partner with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, IT) to align implementation priorities with operational and regulatory requirements specific to pharma/life sciences.
· Manage cross-functional dependencies between FIN, SCM, and Procurement workstreams, ensuring integrated design and testing.
· Drive governance routines: steering committee updates, status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive-level communication.
· Ensure adherence to validation, compliance, and change control requirements relevant to regulated pharma environments (e.g., GxP considerations, SOX controls).
· Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, scope creep, and resourcing gaps.
· Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare/go-live support.
· Manage relationships with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with a significant focus on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
· Demonstrated experience managing multi-track Oracle Cloud programs spanning Financials, SCM, and/or Procurement modules.
· Prior experience delivering Oracle Cloud programs within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry strongly preferred/required.
· Strong understanding of supply chain operations — planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics — and how these translate into Oracle Cloud SCM design.
· Experience managing large, matrixed teams including client stakeholders, systems integrator resources, and internal IT.
· Familiarity with regulated-industry considerations: validation/compliance documentation, change control, audit readiness.
· PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent PM certification a plus.
· Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related); advanced degree a plus.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have
· Direct experience with Oracle Cloud implementations at a pharmaceutical or biotech organization of comparable scale.
· Familiarity with GxP validation requirements and computer systems validation (CSV) in an Oracle Cloud context.
· Experience integrating Oracle Cloud SCM/Procurement with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or quality management systems (QMS).
· Background working alongside a Big 4 or top-tier systems integrator on Oracle Cloud delivery.
