Summary:


We're seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (ERP) to join our IT team. This individual will act as a key internal expert and technical lead for the Oracle Fusion ERP platform, with a strong emphasis on the Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules. The role is responsible for driving system improvements, offering technical and analytical support, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across departments to ensure the ERP system evolves with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the go-to technical resource for Oracle Fusion ERP, overseeing system configuration, reporting, and overall performance.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configurations, and actionable reports or dashboards.

  • Lead quarterly ERP upgrade cycles and system enhancement projects, including risk assessments, testing coordination, and change documentation.

  • Ensure all system changes comply with regulatory standards and internal validation protocols.

  • Provide frontline support for ERP-related issues, escalating complex problems to external support when necessary.

  • Partner with business units to identify and implement process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools such as dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc queries.

  • Maintain data accuracy, manage user access, and ensure compliance with internal controls and quality standards.

  • Contribute to data migration, system integration, and validation efforts.

  • Mentor junior analysts and support power users with technical guidance.

  • Document technical processes, workflows, and training materials.

  • Assist in evaluating and selecting new vendors, tools, and services.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Typically 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a business systems or technical lead role.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is strongly preferred; familiarity with other platforms like EBS or JD Edwards is also valuable.

  • Strong functional knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Project Management modules.

  • Understanding of ERP architecture, data models, reporting tools, and system integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and business intelligence tools.

  • Background in ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., ISO 13485, QSR) is a plus.
