Senior IT Project Manager - Tolling Systems

About the Role

The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee end-to-end management of tolling back-office systems, ensuring seamless operations, timely delivery of projects, and strong coordination between internal IT teams, Customer Service Center (CSC), and client stakeholders. This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, resolving operational issues, and managing enhancements and change requests efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects supporting tolling back-office systems and CSC operations
  • Serving as the primary liaison between CSC IT teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
  • Tracking and managing change requests and change orders from initiation through implementation
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Monitoring project performance and providing regular progress updates to leadership and clients
  • Overseeing system updates, patches, and releases to ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings and technical reviews to align on priorities and project goals
  • Partnering with technical teams to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within transportation, tolling, or large transactional systems
  • Strong understanding of back-office systems, CSC environments, and system integration workflows
  • Experience managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments and change control processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and MS Project
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support client engagement, projects delivery, and key stakeholder meetings.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is (74,690 - $108,160)
