• Experience: 7–10+ years in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or labor standards.
• LMS Proficiency: Tier 1 LMS (NextView preferred).
• Incentive Programs: Experience implementing incentive-based compensation in warehouse/logistics.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of LEAN and incentive-based compensation.
• Analytics: Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Process Improvement: Lead lean efficiency and layout change improvement.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Mindset: Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
• Background in industrial engineering
• Background in healthcare or regulated environments
Soft Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership for the design, validation, and deployment of engineered labor standards.
• Conduct detailed time studies and improve engineered labor standards for warehouse functions.
• Configure and maintain NextView LMS (Labor Management System) engineered standards.
• Analyze productivity, utilization, and quality using quantitative methods.
• Design and implement performance-based incentive programs (qualifiers, payout structures, thresholds).
• Deliver training on labor standards, LMS functionality, and incentive mechanics.
• Analyze warehouse layouts and travel paths using AutoCAD tools.
• Support Lean implementations including 6S, Kaizen events, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance with PPE protocols.
