We are looking for IT PM (really leaning more a product manager) that is willing to learn and strong communication

Focus should be JIRA, ServiceNow & exciting about their work!

Must Haves:

3+ years of experience
Excellent communication
Hands on ServiceNow experience
- Experience with creating dashboards in ServiceNow
JIRA experience
Confluence Wiki
Business and technical experience

Plusses:

Python knowledge does not have to be very technical
Unix/Linux
AWS background
Previous Freddie

Day to Day:

Technical Project Manager responsible for monthly software release management processes
Focus on code quality, execution of manual regression testing and support automated Junit(s)
Collaborate with infrastructure teams and impacted users to coordinate environment change
Point person for Incident Management including communications, resolution and root cause
analysis
Create technical and knowledge documentation, define and drive new procedures
Participate in on-call schedule (supporting Northern Virginia time zone), and other related
management and technical duties
