Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber Project/Program Manager to support a major US expansion initiative, including a Midtown office and trading floor build-out and the exit of the firm's current Lower Manhattan location.

This role is focused on driving alignment, execution discipline, and communication across multiple senior stakeholders and workstreams. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of objectives, deliverables, milestones, RAID management, and executive reporting, and can effectively coordinate across experienced technical and business leaders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage clear program structure, including objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines
  • Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders, including infrastructure, facilities, and business teams
  • Hold teams accountable for deliverables, timelines, and commitments
  • Provide clear, concise executive-level reporting and presentations
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, ensuring visibility and mitigation planning
  • Operate effectively in an environment with evolving schedules and competing priorities
  • Coordinate across multiple senior stakeholders to maintain program cohesion and forward momentum
  • Support financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting where applicable
  • Assist with audit, compliance, and governance-related activities tied to the program
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in large enterprise environments
  • Proven track record as a pedigree PM with strong fundamentals and execution discipline
  • Deep experience with:
    • Program planning and milestone management
    • RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
    • Executive reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Strong ability to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders and teams
  • Experience holding teams accountable and ensuring on-time delivery of commitments
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience within financial services or other regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to infrastructure, office relocation, or facilities-related programs - BIG Plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or governance frameworks
  • Experience working across technical and business teams
  • PMP or equivalent certification
