Role Summary
We are seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Security to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology environments across both cloud and on premises systems. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT operations while enabling business growth and digital transformation.
This leader will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps functions, driving best practices and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, and finance to strengthen operational resilience, enhance security posture, and optimize technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals
• Design and manage hybrid cloud environments across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, incident response, compliance, and risk management
• Oversee DevOps practices including CI CD pipelines, automation, and environment management
• Manage on premises infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Lead, mentor, and scale a multi disciplinary IT team across infrastructure, security, and DevOps
• Own IT budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives
Key Requirements
• 7 plus years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience managing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud in production environments
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and governance across cloud and on premises systems
• Hands on knowledge of networking, firewalls, identity and access management, and enterprise security solutions
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability infrastructure design
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including CI CD pipelines, containerization, and automation
• Familiarity with AI security and infrastructure practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross functional collaboration skills
