Position: Salesforce Developer – Agentforce & Service Cloud
Location: CT (Hybrid)


Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Agentforce and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
  • Agentforce Specialist Certification
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Development and Administration experience
  • Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CRM
  • 1+ year of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience
  • Experience building AI agents using Agentforce
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Force.com IDE, Data Loader, and deployment tools
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AutoRABIT, GitHub, and RTC
  • Knowledge of IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, and chatbot integrations
