Role Description:
Lead integration and data projects across e-commerce, OMS, POS, supply chain, SAP, WMS, and infrastructure systems.
Quickly learn the integration environment and drive automation efforts to implement automated alerts and monitoring in integration operations.
Enhance monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational reliability.
Develop scalable batch and near-real-time pipelines for orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer data.
Deliver middleware and ETL solutions using IBM ACEIIB, DataPower, API Connect, SAP PIPO, IBM MQ, and Informatica (PowerCenterIICS or similar tools).
Troubleshoot and resolve cross-system issues and address recurring production challenges.
Optimize performance for high-volume retail data and transactions.
Maintain integration ETL standards, data quality, and governance.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with IBM ACEIIB, DataPower, API Connect, SAP PIPO, and IBM MQ.
Strong ETL expertise using Informatica (PowerCenterIICS) or similar toolsplatforms.
Experience in retail e-commerce OMS integration, including orders, inventory, shipping, returns, and payments.
In-depth understanding of APIs, SOAPREST, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with high-volume retail data and transaction processes.
Familiarity with carrier payment integrations and AIGenAI concepts.
Background in Agile delivery.
