Job Description
ECS is seeking an Incident Management Team Analyst Sr to work in Windsor Mill office.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain situational awareness, incident and vulnerability management, coordination, collaboration, and security oversight for various federal IT systems.
Ensures that each of the individual IR teams and associated stakeholders are provided with timely relevant information.
Works with stakeholders to establish the pace of the investigation and follow-up for cybersecurity and privacy incidents.
Serve as the central coordinating and communications component for security efforts coordination, incident and vulnerability management, for the teams supporting systems.
Independently complete technical and administrative projects as assigned.
Salary Range: $87,076.00 - $106,426.00

Required Skills
Job Requirements:
5+ year experience in security operation centers, incident management/response, and/or operational cybersecurity programs
Familiarity with NIST and/or FISMA documents, controls, and standards
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to facilitate and lead meetings, conferences, and program specific training
Ability to understand and explain advanced technical concepts verbally and in written format to a variety of audiences
Ability to relay technical and operational information reporting at an executive level
Experience with investigative information gathering and critical thinking
Ability to work independently as well as part of large and small teams
Desired Skills
Certifications/Licenses:
Security+, Net+, CEH, GCIH, CISSP certifications preferred
Additional Experience Preferred:
Basic understanding of information and HIPAA privacy concepts
Experience responding to Cyber Security Incidents/Breaches
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Archer, etc.
Professional/Executive level customer service oriented communication skills
Basic understanding of common and known security vulnerabilities
Experience with risk assessments and/or risk frameworks
