Job Description

A Salesforce Data Analyst who supports cross-functional teams by maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards, developing operational metrics, and improving workflows through data-driven insights. This applicant should be able to:

• Analyze business processes and provide actionable insights through data analysis.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage and interpret data effectively.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Work with Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Provide recommendations to improve data management processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and Salesforce.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Data Analyst should have:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Data Analyst.
• Must be proficient in Salesforce and have experience working with its tools and functionalities.
• Ideally coming from a law firm or non-profit space.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organization.
• Experience with Power BI for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and tools.
