Job Description
A Salesforce Data Analyst who supports cross-functional teams by maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards, developing operational metrics, and improving workflows through data-driven insights. This applicant should be able to:
- Analyze business processes and provide actionable insights through data analysis.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and interpret data effectively.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Work with Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Provide recommendations to improve data management processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and Salesforce.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Salesforce Data Analyst should have:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Data Analyst.
- Must be proficient in Salesforce and have experience working with its tools and functionalities.
- Ideally coming from a law firm or non-profit space.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organization.
- Experience with Power BI for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and tools.
