Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Wi-Fi Technical Manager with strong expertise in wireless networking technologies and team management. The candidate will lead a team of 14 engineers, oversee enterprise Wi-Fi operations, and ensure network performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 14 Wi-Fi/network engineers.

  • Provide technical guidance on enterprise Wi-Fi architecture, design, and implementation.

  • Manage Wi-Fi network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  • Oversee incident management and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Work with Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7, Cisco, Aruba, wireless LAN controllers, and access points.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Ensure network availability, security, and compliance with standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong technical expertise in Wi-Fi and wireless networking.

  • Experience managing technical teams of 10 15 engineers.

  • Knowledge of WLAN, RF fundamentals, access points, and wireless controllers.

  • Experience in network troubleshooting and performance optimization.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
