Job Description:
Oversight and verification of HVAC commissioning for new systems within an existing facility, with a strong focus on very low-temperature repository environments. This role provides technical authority and verification oversight rather than hands-on execution.

Must Have:
- HVAC utilities experience
- Prior commissioning oversight experience
- Ability to review HVAC design documentation and commissioning execution
Nice to Have:
- GMP facility exposure
- Experience supporting operational readiness and verification frameworks
